The hub of healthy living is our fitness center, which is well-equipped to meet all of your wellness interests and needs. From treadmills to weight machines, you can get a head-to-toe workout that will leave you feeling vibrant and full of energy. After your session in the gym, take a relaxing swim or participate in a water aerobics class in the indoor heated pool. And, if you need a little nudge or instruction, our on-site personal trainer is there to guide you in the right direction. We also offer an indoor walking track, tai-chi, yoga and dance classes, walking clubs and a wellness center to help you keep yourself in the best possible shape.

You can find plenty of ways to stay active off-campus, too. The surrounding areas of Rydal, Jenkintown and Abington offer an abundance of walking trails and scenic parks for those who enjoy the outdoors. There are also many golf courses and tennis options in the area that will provide a challenge for the beginners and experienced players alike.
